Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your Bee’s Creations purchases. If you are not satisfied, return your order within 30 days of purchase date for an exchange, credit or refund. You must send me an email or call to let me know you are returning your items, you must get prior approval for a return, exchange or credit. Please insure any returned packages. We regret that freight charges are not refundable. Sale items, personalized items and special order items are not returnable. Orders for personalized and drop shipped items cannot be cancelled. Lamp shades and fabric items must have original wrapping intact in order to be returned. All returned items must be in saleable condition for refund to be issued.
